Amazing
This knife was bought for xmas for my Papa. As an italian - cooking is very important but more importantly is a knife that can cut anything!! Carving is simple as you have no need to push down, cutting veg, salami, garlic, fruit, veg is all simple and i doubt something you could do with any other knife this size. It was described to me as having the power of paper cuts in the kitchen - so true. this was and still is worth every penny.
