Further to my telephone call earlier, I just wanted to email and offer some feedback on the service I have received from Wheesh.com. It's a common occurrence for people to write in to complain, I know that well, as I spent 25 years in the retail and banking industries. But more people should let on when they are pleased about the service they have received, and that is what I am doing now. Wheesh.com weren't the first online company I contacted about supplying me with a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer in Boysenberry, but they were company that KitchenAid UK recommended, and I can now see why. You have been so helpful and obliging, answering any questions I have had, assuring me that you could accommodate my delivery requirements, and even keeping me up to date on availability timings. I am just about to purchase my first kitchenaid mixer but spoilt for choice as to what colour to choose. I hope it lives up to my expectations.

It goes without saying that being a Kitchenaid product, the quality of this mixer is first class. It is solid in it's design and is easy to operate. So far it has produced some fabulous results. I can't wait to start buying some attachments! The free Henckels knife was a real bonus too. There is no doubt this is one of the best knives I have ever used. The fact that it was free was a double bonus!
