NO 472 MEDIUM - blue -1000 grit & SUPER FINE - yellow - 8000 grit.

MEDIUM - Blue 1000 grit. The medium finish whetstone is the main stone for sharpening knives, which have become blunt.

SUPER FINE - Yellow 8000 grit. The super fine finish whetstone should be used to finely sharpen knives.
