The Imperia is made in Italy by expert craftsmen and with this Imperia machine you will find you can make pasta or pastry in 6 thicknesses. The 'Duplex' cutter for two types of pasta, tagliatelle and fettuccini, and you get the clamp and a handle.

Never wash the Imperia Machine with water or detergent, only a dry cloth or soft brush is advisable.
