    This is the first set of reasonably expensive knives I've owned - I won't be using cheap ones again. The knives are well balanced and the handles are extremely comfortable. The supplied steel does an excellent job of maintaining the edge. The bread knife is a revelation for a left hander like me - I can cut the finest slices on the softest loaves. The only negative is an aesthetic one - the labels on the handle are self adhesive paper and will start peeling after a short period.
